D.U.S.K delight
Multicoloured laser lights, 25 deejays and 3,000-plus revellers ready to erupt. Smirnoff D.U.S.K Magic 2012, in association with t2, took over Merlin Greens, Ibiza, on Sunday for close to 10 hours of non-stop song, dance and more. The moods and moments...
Nikhil Chinapa (in picture with DJ Sanjay Dutta) surprised the crowd, dropping by with wife DJ Pearl. So, what are Nikhil’s five party must-haves? “Deodorant, chewing gum, waxed underarms, hair gel and most importantly, smile!” laughed the MTV veejay.
Arpita Chugani was clearly the dancing queen. Who needs a partner when you have such killer moves!
PYTs had a blast, grinding away to glory in knockout numbers. Trendy caps, colourful hairbands and sequinned dresses were the order of the night. The songs that made them shake it like Shakira? Live While We’re Young, Wide Awake, Chasing The Sun, Don’t You Worry Child.... DJs Ash Roy and Pradeep were the “guest wizards” who played techno.
The Smirnoff Globe Ball — a vodka-based cocktail — was the poison of the night. Hookah at Mocha and Lebanese delights at Salsa Grill made them the fave lounge-and-bite stops.
This cute gang of girls — (L-R) Gauhar Ali, Shah Ali, Shweta Saluja and Neha Dubey — wisely stuck to flats to make the most of the dance floor.
Salankara Biswas (left) and Naomi Harris became biker babes for the night, striking a cool pose on a Harley-Davidson. Bungee jumping, ATV bike rides and UV tattoos also kept the party crowd busy.

(Nikhil Chinapa): The stage at DUSK looks amazing! I love the open air vibe here. @djsanjaydutta #kolkata
