Mulayam Singh Yadav today said the Samajwadi Party would review its stand on supporting the UPA from outside if the proposed SC/ST promotion quota bill is passed.
“If voting is done on the bill in the House, I will reconsider my party’s support to the government.... We will review party’s outside support to the government,” he said in Mainpuri.
“The bill is anti-national and will divide the people…. For just 22 per cent people, rest of the population... will suffer immensely, creating problems in society.” (PTI)
