D.U.S.K MAGIC

ALL ROADS LEAD TO SMIRNOFF D.U.S.K MAGIC, IN ASSOCIATION WITH T2, ON SUNDAY

Smirnoff D.U.S.K Magic 2012, in association with t2, takes off on Sunday at 2pm. Short for Deejays United to Serve Kolkata, the day-long party in its third year will be held at Ibiza Merlin Greens. “The theme this year is magic, so we’ve tried to evoke a magical feel,” says Sanjay Dutta, one of the core D.U.S.K-ers. There are about two dozen DJs participating — Vicky, Harish, Sumedh, Warrior G (Girish), Sammy, V Society (Vishal), Anshul, Devaa, Dippy, Ritzee, guest DJ Ash Roy of Jalebee Cartel and more. “To fun things up, alcohol will be served in one-litre buckets with straws. Plus, there will be 10,000sq ft space dedicated to games, like mini bungee jumping and rock-climbing,” says D.U.S.K-er Amit Hathiramani. Refuel yourself with bites from Davide Cananzi’s new dine den Il Sogno, apart from Mocha, Golden Spoon and others. A Smirnoff VIP zone and a Tuborg counter will keep the party people in high spirits, while a Harley-Davidson will give it that “raw” factor. Pick up your passes from any participating DJ, or from Mocha (near Conclave) and Hybrid (3 Justice Dwarkanath Road, near the Lee Road-Elgin Road crossing).
