Jorhat, Dec. 10: A carcass of an elephant has been found inside the Gibbon wildlife sanctuary under Mariani forest range here this evening.
Forest department sources said the carcass was that of a of an adult elephant and was found in a marshy area under Boideha forest guard camp in compartment four of the sanctuary.
