Martyrs’ day
Guwahati, Dec. 9: The AASU will observe martyrs’ day at Raha in Nagaon district tomorrow to pay tribute to those who sacrificed their lives during the six-years anti-foreigners movement between 1979 and 1985.

Jorhat: The Asom Jatiyatabadi Yuba Chatra Parishad activists on Sunday caught 12 suspected illegal migrants from different areas of Titabar town in the district and handed them over to border police.
