Guwahati, Dec. 7: Assam PCC president and MP Bhubaneswar Kalita today met law minister Ashwini Kumar to urge him to initiate necessary legislative measures so that the bill for the constitution of the Upper House in Assam can be introduced and approved in the ongoing session of Parliament.
