PU poll appeal rejected

Patna: The high court on Friday dismissed a petition challenging Patna University Students’ Union elections on the ground that the poll was not being held in accordance with the Lyngdoh Committee recommendations. he petition was filed by Patna Law College first-year student Rakesh Kumar.

CM plea

Patna: Chief minister Nitish Kumar on Friday urged people to contribute to the Bihar State Ex-servicemen Benevolent Fund. He was speaking on the occasion of the Armed Forces Flag Day.
