Film fest starts

Curtains went up on the fourth edition of Patna Film Festival, Cinema of Resistance, at Kalidas Rangalaya on Friday.

The free-for-all festival, which showcases award-winning documentaries and feature films, will end on December 9. Organised by Jan Sanskriti Manch and Hirawal, 18 films would be showcased during the fest. On the first day, Milange Babey Ratan De Mele Te (Let’s Meet at Baba Ratan’s Fair) by Punjabi director Ajay Bhardwaj and Paar by Bengali filmmaker Goutam Ghose were screened.
