Guwahati, Dec. 4: Dispur will undertake the responsibility of nurturing the bell metal industry of Sarthebari in Barpeta and develop it on the lines of Amul, the leading dairy co-operative.
Governor J.B. Patnaik held a high-level meeting at Raj Bhavan today to discuss and arrive at a solution to the problems plaguing the bell metal industry.
