Tabe tai hok premiere

Tabe Tai Hok cast members Joy Sengupta, Samadarshi, Swastika Mukherjee and special guest Sourav Ganguly at the premiere in Priya on Friday evening

In Tabe Tai Hok, Joy Sengupta is a doctor living in a rajbari on the outskirts of Calcutta. He is the only descendent of a zamindar household. Swastika Mukherjee is his patient Tilottama, a seductive woman who Joy falls for and marries. Samadarshi is Arya, also Joy’s patient undergoing psychiatric treatment. Arya was Tilottama’s lover at one point of time and a painter by profession. Director Sougata Ray Burman’s second film (his first was the forgettable 90 Ghanta) is a passion play of a woman caught between two men. Joy calls Arya to live in his mansion and do some paintings for him. That is when Arya and Tilottama meet for the second time and reignite their passion.
