Debate call in council

Patna: Leader of Opposition in Bihar Legislative Council Ghulam Gaus on Friday demanded a debate on the Adalat Ghat stampede, which claimed 17 lives during Chhath. he Opposition leaders also demanded an adjournment motion. However, council chairman Awadhesh Narayan Singh rejected the demand and said there will be a debate once the matter comes to the council.
