Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit trainees through campus interviews. Trainees are an important part of our company and we nurture a familiar bond with our employees. Preference is usually given to those having experience in footwear industry. We prefer candidates with innovation, high ambition and strong values.

Mid-career recruitment

We are open to mid-career recruitment as long as the experience gained so far is in line with our requirement. We recruit through advertisements, employee referrals and job portals.

Terms

We have a probation period of six months. Retirement age is 58. There are special trainings and skill development programmes to keep our employees abreast of current business demands.

Postings / transfers

We have presence across the country. Employees can be transferred to any location where we have offices.
