Imphal, Nov. 23: K. Jackson (Bishnupur), Th. Monis (Imphal West), K. Kenao (Imphal West), Y. Prakash (Bishnupur), Kh. Bantakumar (Imphal West), L. Poireiton (Thoubal), S. Ravi (Imphal West) and K. Rohit (Imphal West) entered the quarter-finals of the sub-junior boys singles of the state inter-district table tennis championship held in Imphal.
In junior boys’ singles O. Biswanath (Thoubal), A.K. Chaoba (Thoubal), Kh. Bantakumar (Imphal West) and K. Jackson (Bishnupur) entered the semi-finals. In the cadet boys’ singles K. Rohit (Imphal West), W. Lathoiba (Thoubal), K. Kenao (Imphal West) and P. Suman (Imphal West) entered the semi-finals.
National softball: The Manipur boys and girls’ teams entered the semi-finals of the 30th junior national softball championship in Imphal today.
