Rhino horn seized

Nagaon, Nov. 23: Karbi Anglong police arrested a senior rebel of the Kuki Revolutionary Army, Chandra Singh, from his rented house at Bokajan town and recovered a rhino horn from his procession. The militant is from Sarupathar subdivision in Golaghat district.

Karbi Anglong superintendent of police B.B. Chetry told The Telegraph that a high-level police team arrested Singh around 4am today. “The horn probably belonged to a rhino killed around a month or two ago,” he said.
