YRF’s sari sizzlers

Kanjeevarams and Rekha go hand-in-hand and this time it was no different. Classic, timeless, traditional, she looks all this and more. And as always, plus points for those precious jewels!

Gauri Khan turned heads in a midnight blue sari by drape master Tarun Tahiliani. Very few twist traditional and make it trendy like this couturier. Trust her to style it perfectly — this baby needed only a string of diamonds and that’s what it got!

Rani Mukerji stepped out in her go-to designer pal — Sabyasachi — and Preity Zinta to hers — Surily Goel. Both ditched the traditional saris for a modern lehnga version, both in net.

King of the pastel palette Manish Malhotra dressed the two gorgeous girls Madhuri Dixit and Sridevi for the big night. Just the right amount of bling for the beauties.... What’s not to love!

Sari raj in yash raj

Chiffon saris and Yash Chopra heroines were just made for each other. Here are three of our favourite YRF fashion offerings.
