Different Guises, an art exhibition at ITC Sonar Calcutta, was inaugurated by American Center director Jeffrey K. Reneau on Wednesday. The art mart is showcasing four different artistic styles by four artists. “It is a very interesting fusion of different ideas since all of us come from different backgrounds,” said Shubha ‘Pinky’ Kenworthy, whose goddess Kali works of art are being displayed alongside Allen Archment’s paintings, Anita Gopal’s collages and Gautam Vir Prashad’s photography. The exhibition is on till October 17, 11am-7pm. (Rashbehari Das)
