New Delhi: Ever since winning medals in the London Olympics, Sushil Kumar and Yogeshwar Dutt have achieved celebrity status in the Indian sporting circle. There has not been a day in the last one-and-half months when either of them has not attended a felicitation or an award function in the capital.
But despite this, the duo has quietly accomplished one more thing — they have hardly missed the practice sessions at the Chhatrasal Stadium in the last month.
Given their efforts, it looks like Sushil and Yogeshwar will hardly face any serious challenge even in the coming year. The next big championship for Sushil is the Asian meet to be hosted in Delhi next April.
“I cannot stay away from training... And I am still hungry for success and would do my best in the Asian meet,” Sushil added.
