Sivasagar, Oct. 1: Nearly 100 people from Mothadang under Disangmukh police outpost in the district today staged a protest in front of the Disangmukh outpost and partially vandalised the outpost alleging police inaction in investigating a murder case.
Family members of Azizur Rahman, who was found hanging from a tree, had lodged an FIR with the police alleging that Azizur was murdered.
