Siliguri, Sept. 30: The last day of t2 City Centre Spotlight finale, organised by The Telegraph, started today with Megawatt (music band competition) and Star Quotient (face of the college contest).
Salesian College won Hot Stepper (fusion dance competition) that was held yesterday. Kurseong College and Siliguri Institute of Technology secured the second and third positions respectively.
The winners were announced today.
