Guwahati, Sept. 28: The governors of Arunachal Pradesh and Assam, J.J. Singh and J.B. Patnaik, today discussed issues like flood situation, hideouts of unlawful elements in the border areas and the recent communal violence during a meeting at Raj Bhavan here.
Office timing: Dispur has issued a notification announcing the working hours for state government offices, including the secretariat, in winter. The offices will function from 10am till 4.15pm without any break from October 1, 2012 to February 2, 2013.
