Nagaon, Sept. 24: Sinlung Football Club defeated Puralangso Football Club 4-0 in a first round match of the KHEP Neepco Kopili Cup invitation football tournament, organised by the Garampani Sports Association at Umrangsu in Dima Hasao district.
The match was goalless till the end of first half. Sinlung striker Laldamsang’s shot in the 55th minute brought the first goal.
He scored the second goal in the 75th minute. In the 80th minute, Lamdangsang’s pass backed by left-winger Namte brought the third goal for Sinlung. Substitute Danial Hmar scored the last goal of the match in the 84th minute for Puralangso.
