Guwahati, Sept. 22: Gen. (retd.) J.J. Singh, the governor of Arunachal Pradesh, today reviewed the initiatives taken up for the welfare of ex-servicemen at Raj Bhavan in Itanagar. He said the state government needs to utilise this pool of human resources.
