Recruitment policy for management trainees
Management trainees are recruited through campus interviews. We expect a sense of value and innovative thinking from job aspirants. We encourage ideation and accountability.
We are open to mid-career recruitment as long the experience gathered is in line with our requirement. Preference is usually given to candidates from the same industry. We recruit through placement agencies, direct advertisements and employee referrals.
There is a one-year probation for freshers and six months in case of experienced candidates. Retirement age is 60.
Postings / transfers
Our head office is in Calcutta. Transfers are primarily need based and linked with role enhancement, career growth or for matching the right person with the right job.
