Bagan are in no mood to relent
The impasse between Mohun Bagan and the Indian Football Association continued on Friday. The IFA said it is not possible to re-schedule Mohun Baganís matches after the club refused to play on Saturday and August 26.
However, Bagan were in no mood to relent. It was also learnt that Bagan may withdraw from the League if the IFA does not change the schedule and resolve the Tolgay Ozebe issue at the earliest.
Sources in the IFA said that Bagan may be docked five points if they do not turn up for the match. Bagan, meanwhile, are likely to play a practice match at the club ground on Saturday afternoon.

In the womenís category, Susuma Hockey Club defeated Duria Agrani Sangha 3-1 while Young Star Hockey TC 8 thrashed Jhapadanga Sabitri Debi B.V. 8-0.
Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB), on Friday, asked 22 more players to give trials for the Bengal A side.
The trials got underway with 60 players on Thursday at the Pankaj Gupta Memorial indoor nets at the Eden.
