Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit mainly through campus interviews and advertisement in newspapers. Candidates who are selected as management trainees undergo induction training for a year.

Mid-career recruitment

Mid-career recruitment is done through career consultants, employee referrals, newspaper advertisements, postings on our website and job portals. Candidates may also apply directly.

Terms

There is a six-month probation for juniors. Retirement age is 60.

Our corporate office in Calcutta and regional offices are located in Calcutta, Delhi, Mumbai and Hyderabad. We have plants in Calcutta and Mumbai. Employees are posted at any of these locations based on their job profile.
