Recruitment policy for management trainees

We encourage ideation and accountability within an ethical framework. We recruit through placement agencies, direct advertisements, employee referrals and campus interviews.

Mid-career recruitment

We are open to mid-career recruitments as long as the experience gathered is in line with industry requirements. Preference is usually given to candidates from the sector. We take the help of placement agencies and also advertise in newspapers. We rely on employee referrals too.

Terms

The probation period is one year for freshers and six months for experienced candidates. The statutory benefits are on a par with industry norms. The company doesn’t provide accommodation facilities.

Our headquarters is in Mumbai. Transfers are need based and linked with career growth.
