Outfit’s allegation
Imphal, Aug. 4: The People’s Liberation Army has alleged that the Assam Rifles had fired indiscriminately during an encounter with the outfit at Khoibu in Chandel district on July 29. It claimed to have killed three Assam Rifles personnel.
