Court fixes dates
Patna: The high court division bench of Justice Shiva Kirti Singh and Justice Vikash Jain on Tuesday fixed August 13 as the date for regular hearing of a petition filed by Kundan Prasad Singh seeking CBI probe into the alleged killing of his son Rahul Raj in a fake encounter by Mumbai police in October 2008.
