Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit management trainees from reputed hotel management institutes. Those selected have to be under probation for a period of three months. Trainees are entitled to stipends during probation. If the trainee is competent, he or she is absorbed into the rolls of the company as a permanent employee.

Mid-career recruitment

We do have mid-career recruitment policy. We recruit through newspaper advertisements, job portals and consider employee referrals too.

Terms

Our terms of employment are on a par with the industry standards. We offer scope for growth. Retirement age is 60.
