Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit through job portals, placement agencies, direct advertisements, employee referrals and campus interviews. Trainees are absorbed into the company payroll based on their performance.

Mid-career recruitment

We recruit both fresh and experienced candidates based on approved manpower budget and vacancy. We depend on job portals to recruit experienced candidates. For senior levels, we engage our panel of consultants or check employee referrals.

Terms

Though retirement age is 60, extensions are considered. We recruit people on contract, particularly in project functions. There is a one-year training period for GET / management / technical trainees and six-month probation for others.

Postings / transfers

Our corporate office is in Calcutta and production units are located at Haldia, Bankura, Bishnupur, Asansol, Jajpur and Vijaynagaram. Employees are posted depending on manpower requirement.
