Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit management trainees from various management colleges across the country. We do visit campuses of good B-schools as well as industrial training institutes.

Mid-career recruitment

We sometimes advertise in newspapers. We have our panel of consultants but we prefer employee referrals.

Terms

Retirement age is 60. But we often extend the tenure of those who are good performers if they are found to be medically fit. There are some employees on contract too. Trainees are absorbed into the company rolls based on their performance.

Postings / transfers

Our corporate office is in Calcutta and branch offices are in Delhi, Bangalore and Pune. We also have four factories at Falta, Bankura, Ghusuri and Dhulagarh. Employees are posted depending on the job profile.

Currently, there are openings for managers, civil and electrical engineers, a quality control manager and a senior production manager.
