Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit about 300 freshers each year from top engineering colleges in the country. We also take interns from business schools such as the Indian Institutes of Management.

Mid-career recruitment

We rely mainly on employee referrals, internal transfers and external recruitments. For internal transfers, employees can opt for postings in another department in the same location or any other SAP Labs location.

Terms

The average age of our employees is 29. We have some facilities for our employees, including a day care centre, a gym, medical check-up and an attractive car leasing policy, among others. Retirement age is 60.

Postings / transfers

Employees are eligible for internal transfers. Most employees seek transfer to Germany, where we are headquartered.

We require manpower for product engineering or development, consulting or working for implementation at the customer location and direct sales and business development.
