Calcutta, June 21: Calcutta High Court will pronounce its verdict in the Singur case tomorrow.
The division bench of Justices Pinaki Chandra Ghose and Mrinal Kanti Chowdhury will judge if the law the government passed to take back the Singur land from the Tatas is constitutional.
Tata Motors had moved the court against the verdict of the single-judge bench of Justice I.P. Mukerji that had upheld the validity of the Singur Land Rehabilitation and Development Act, 2011.
