We recruit management trainees from top business schools and engineering colleges. Those selected go through an intensive induction programme.

Mid-career recruitment

It takes place as and when the requirement arises. We hire directly or through advertisements in newspapers and on job portals. There is also an employee referral scheme.

Terms

The employment terms are on a par with industry norms. We offer a lot of employee engagement and welfare activities.
