Guwahati, June 17: Union minister for social justice and empowerment Mukul Wasnik today said the Centre was taking steps to remove the loopholes in the process for implementation of schemes meant for the welfare of the disabled, during a seminar on Disability Scenario in Northeast India: Status, Challenges and Prospects here.
