Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit management trainees for our studio and business development department. We hire candidates from leading creative and marketing management institutes.

Mid-career recruitment

Though we believe in promoting our own people from junior to senior levels, when vacancy occurs at mid-level we take the help of consultants as well as advertise in leading newspapers. We have not yet taken the help of job portals.

Terms

There is a six-month probation period. We have contractual appointments for a few specialised projects. We grant paternity leave to our employees.

Postings / transfers

Our headquarters is in Calcutta but employees may be transfered to Delhi and NCR, Jaipur or other cities where we have offices.

We are looking for a web designer, content writer (trainee and mid-level), creative studio visualiser, copywriter and graphic designer In marketing division we require marketing executives. We also need a senior public relation officer.
