Locket-Dibyendu feeling hot, hot, hot

What was the hottest place in town during the Monday scorcher? The bedroom of a Bypass residence where Oh Henry! co-stars Locket Chatterjee and Dibyendu were romping in bed despite the soaring Celsius and the out-of-action air-conditioner.

“All I had in mind was that the shot should get over as fast as possible! Not because I was uncomfortable doing the bed scene with Dibyendu but because both of us were sweating so much,” Locket told t2 after the red-hot romp for the film by Animesh Ray, who had earlier directed Locket in Streetlight.

“I play a sexually obsessed novelist (Megh Chatterjee). All she dreams of is having sex with men. Dibyendu plays a journalist who is determined to interview her. She agrees on one condition — he must go to bed with her!” laughed Locket. But was it difficult getting intimate with someone she had never shared screen space before? “Well, I don’t know Dibyendu at all; we haven’t even exchanged phone numbers yet! But we are actors and, honestly, when the camera rolls I automatically become the character I’m portraying,” said Locket as Megh.
