Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit management trainees from reputed retail management institutes and placement services. We do not visit campuses but invite applications from bright candidates.

Mid-career recruitment

We recruit people who have minimum one year experience in the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. We hire either through advertisements or employee referrals.

Terms

Confirmation is on the basis of performance. Hence the offer letter is given a month after the date of recruitment. We don’t have a retirement policy.

Postings / transfers

Employees could be located at any of our outlets. We have branches in Ahmedabad, Unjha in Gujarat, Jaipur and Calcutta. We have four branches in Calcutta too.

Jobs on offer

We are looking for youngsters with backgrounds in the FMCG sector and accounts. The candidates should have relevant skills for FMCG.
