Imphal, May 14: Th. Dharmendra Singh claimed the title of the men’s singles in the 4th M. Tomba and M. Shankar Memorial Veteran Table Tennis Tournament at DM College indoor stadium.
Dharmendra, competing in the above-40 category, beat Th. Birendra 3-1 with 10-12, 11-9, 11-9, 12-10 points for the title.
In the above-50 category, S. Chandra Sharma beat Ch. Biren with 11-7, 11-4, 9-11, 11-2 points to claim the champion’s title.
The women’s singles title was won by Seema Okram, defeating K. Ibeyaima Devi in the above-40 category.
