Calcutta, April 24: Calcutta High Court today ordered fresh chargesheets to be filed against 12 accused in the Netai killings case within a fortnight. Justice Kamaljeet Ahluwalia passed the order after a lawyer for the victims said the chargesheets did not include some allegations mentioned in the FIR.
