Dunlop scrip sizzles

Calcutta, April 19: Shares of Dunlop India gained 20 per cent to Rs 11.68 on the BSE early today as it resumed trading after two weeks following confusion related to a winding up court case. “Trading was stopped from April 30 over a confusion on a winding-up court case. But, we have clarified and got permission for resuming the trading,” Ruia group chairman Pawan K. Ruia said.

Gold trade

Mumbai, April 19: The NSE has decided to have an extended trading session for gold exchange traded funds till 8pm on Akshaya Tritiya day (April 24). Traders will not be levied transaction charge for their trades in gold ETFs on that day.

Recharge fee

New Delhi, April 19: Telecom regulator Trai today approved a hike in processing fee for all mobile recharge coupons (top-up vouchers) priced above Rs 20, but has left it unchanged for the vouchers below that.

IndusInd Bank

Mumbai, April 19: Private sector bank IndusInd has posted a 30 per cent rise in profit at Rs 223.4 crore in the March quarter against Rs 171.76 crore in the same period a year ago.
