Mohali: The KXIP-KKR tie was held up for a couple of minutes during the closing stages when a spectator invaded the field.
Wearing a white shirt and dark trousers, the intruder ran into the pitch just before the start of the 16th over, which was to be bowled by Dimitri Mascarenhas.
The man was seen throwing some papers before securitymen rushed onto the ground to drag him away. Later, a police officer on duty confirmed the man has been arrested.
Adam Gilchrist later said that incident was a matter of concern.
