Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit from top engineering colleges, usually through campus interviews. However, those with one-year experience in civil, mechanical and electrical engineering may also apply.

Mid-career recruitment

There is scope for lateral entries. We also hire through advertisements, employee referrals and take the help of consultants.

Terms

Freshers have to undergo training for a year. We have a six-month probation period. Retirement age is 60.

Postings / transfers

We encourage job rotation. Transfers offer opportunities to take up new assignments and challenges and facilitate growth. Our head office is in Mumbai and we have eight regional offices across India.
