Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit through job websites, employee referrals, recruitment agencies or consultants and direct applications. We also visit campuses for recruitment.

Mid-career recruitment

Vacancies at this level are usually filled through internal promotions. If we do not get suitable candidates internally we advertise in newspapers and also take the help of consultants.

Terms

There is a probation period of six months for experienced candidates and twelve months for freshers. We have contractual employment in our factory. Retirement age is 58. Medical as well as accidental insurance is provided.

Postings / transfers

Employees are posted either in Calcutta or at sales offices in different parts of the country. Those joining our manufacturing units are posted at our factories in Serakole and Falta in West Bengal.
