Recruitment policy for management trainees

The company is always looking for fresh talent in sales and designing. The HR department issues appropriate adverts at the right stages to fulfil the requirements. The recruitments are need-based and planned for long-term.

Mid-career recruitment

We give importance to employee referrals. We give incentive to employees whose reference completes three months in the company. We also advertise in newspapers and take the help of consultants.

Terms

We appoint on probation for a period of three to six months prior to their being confirmed. Good performers are given prompt promotions. There is no retirement age because we do not believe in the concept of age-based retirement.

Postings / transfers

Our head office is in Calcutta and we have branches in Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai and Guwahati. Employees are rarely transferred.
