Stage act: Theatre took centre stage at Park Street’s Oxford Bookstore last weekend as a two-day workshop on ‘Exploring your inner selves and the performer within you’ got underway exclusively for Club Solitaire members. Conducted by Supriyo Samajdar, director of the experimental theatre company Bibhaban, the workshop drew around 40 theatre enthusiasts. “I thank the organisers for giving us the opportunity to display our personal skills. FIT & fun: Actress Parno Mittra and model Shamaun Ahmed go all filmi for the camera after a discussion on love, health, beauty and relationships at Gold’s Gym (near Exide crossing) on Valentine’s Day. Keeping them company was actress Nusrat Jahan and model Sanjukta Das. “My fitness mantra is to eat healthy and work out. We are today’s women. We want to feel good and look good. I am not a very gym person but of late, I have decided that no matter what, work out I must!” said Parno ‘Ranjana’ Mittra.
