Mamata Banerjee with Santanu Maharaj at a programme at Dakshineswar’s Kali temple, where the chief minister unveiled a statue of Swami Vivekananda on Saturday. Replying to a request by a trustee to clear the sidewalks leading to the temple, Mamata said: “There are shops here that were set up many years ago. It will be difficult to do anything.
