Maoists abduct 2

Bhagalpur, Dec. 3: A group of about 25 Maoists abducted two persons and blew up a tower of a private cellphone service provider at Chay panchayat in Jhajha block of Jamui in the small hours of Saturday. ources said the residents heard an explosion around 1.30am and found the tower lying on the other side of the Ulay river.

Car rally

Patna: Automobile Association of Eastern India, Patna, would organise a car rally on January 20 between Patna and Lucknow.

Dismissal

Ara: Three constables Abhimanyu Paswan, Shanker and Gauri-shanker have been dismissed from service by Bhojpur superintendent of police M.R. Naik for their alleged involvement in unlawful activities.
