RTPS goes online

Patna, Nov. 30: Three services under the aegis of Right to Public Service (RTPS) Act will go online from December 1.

We have provided various services under the RTPS Act, which was implemented on August 15. We have received around 50 lakh applications under the act of which 40 lakh have applied for caste, income and residential certificates, principal secretary of the general administration department Deepak Kumar said during a news meet.

In view of this heavy rush, the department has decided to put these three services online to make things simpler, he added.

One just needs to log on to and follow the instructions .
