Mumbai, Nov. 21: Force Motors today said it was selling a part of its 50 per cent stake in its joint venture MAN Force Trucks Pvt Ltd to its partner MAN Truck & Bus of Germany for 150 million euros (Rs 1,034 crore). Force Motors will sell 5.58 crore shares of MAN Force Trucks to its partner, the Pune-based firm informed the bourses.
